These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Syneric Systems digital touchpoints, including this website, order workflows, support channels, and service scheduling tools. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the services in any way, you confirm you are bound by these Terms.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal contracts under Kenyan law. If you act on behalf of a business or institution, you confirm you have authority to do so. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate contact details, and all activity on your account.
We reserve the right to amend order totals where there are genuine errors, currency updates, tax changes, or courier changes.
We provide product specifications, images, and accessories descriptions to best of ability. Some minor changes may occur due to supplier revisions and packaging updates. Where a material variation exists, we will contact you before final dispatch where feasible.
Delivery is governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery windows are indicative only. The risk of loss may transfer upon successful handover at destination address.
Installation and configuration services are performed only under an approved quotation or service order. Additional parts, temporary outages, extra labor, access restrictions, or site adaptations are handled through written amendment.

All content, manuals, brand marks, designs, photos, source text, software interfaces and database structures remain the property of Syneric Systems or its licensors. No transfer of ownership is created by your purchase unless expressly stated.
Communications, installation notes, and service logs may be recorded for quality and training, and may also be used for dispute handling and compliance records.
All returns and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refund Policy. Product defects and replacement pathways are further regulated by the Warranty and Support Policy.
We process personal data in connection with your orders and support requests under the Kenya Data Protection Act and related laws. You can review how your data is collected and used in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify Syneric Systems from claims arising from misuse of equipment, violation of these Terms, unauthorised modifications, and use of Services to breach law.
To the maximum extent allowed by Kenyan law, our cumulative liability for a particular dispute is limited to the value paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for loss of data, indirect damages, business interruption, loss of profit, or other consequential losses.
Products are sold with manufacturer warranties where stated by supplier agreements. Subject to such warranties, Syneric Systems excludes all other implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including supplier shortages, transport disruptions, internet outages, natural events, civil unrest, or public health restrictions.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication constitutes your acceptance of the latest version. Material changes may be highlighted by website notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, unless Kenyan mandatory consumer rights law provides another forum. This does not remove any rights you may have under statute.
